Sweet Xmas features an animated home screen where you’ll see an animated fireplace that will give you a relax christmas felling! It features also 5 customizable icons (according to the menu order).
The wallpaper isn’t customizable.
The theme runs very smoothly on every blackberry device.
The theme is compatible with mostly blackberry devices using 4.6, 5.0 and with all the 6.0 series.
** If you want to get this for the 4.6, 5.0 or 6.0 series you have to search for sweet xmas animated and you’ll find it, there’s also a Test version of the theme available for these o.s. versions. **
**Theme is FULLY compatible with BlackBerry BOLD 9900/9930. The only thing that isn’t customized on the theme is the calling screens, but that would be fixed as soon as there is a fix. **
Currently this theme is only available for the BlackBerry Torch, however I have been demoing it on my 8900, so other devices are coming very soon. The Features shown below are a very nice addition to this theme, but overall my favorite part is how well the today view is laid out.

Still one theme that I always seem to activate on my BlackBerry is this Dashboard Style Theme by Vision Mobility. Clean look, ease of use and a great concept is what you will get with Adrenaline Dashboard Theme. Although Adrenaline is not available for the Torch or Storm, I do know one is in the works. Lets hope it will be available soon.
Details: Adrenaline is not only optimized graphically but is tuned for performance as well. This incredible theme does not have any animations or crazy features that aren’t necessary for daily operations but I think you will find yourself performing at high speed with the tools at hand.
Adrenaline comes loaded with the RAK(Rapid Access Keyboard), a consistent set of shortcuts applied to many of our themes so that you can get used to the same shortcuts instead of learning new ones every time you change themes.
There are plenty of fantastic BlackBerry themes out there but it’s not very often that a theme comes along that brings fantastic design as well as purpose to the table. Inspire Hope by Vision Mobility has done exactly that. This is a theme that allows you to support almost any cause with your BlackBerry by allowing you to choose between 8 different colored ribbons placed masterfully between 2 OCD icons. Each version has a bottom dock nested neatly on top of 2 text icons as well. One of my favorite features of Inspire Hope is that each of these elements can be hidden offering the user a feature packed or minimal design within moments. The standard and highly productive Rapid Access Keys are included in this theme as well allowing users to switch between any Vision Mobility theme on their BlackBerry and maintain consistent shortcuts.

Vision Mobility has always been one of our favorite developers when it comes to BlackBerry Themes and their newest release, Cheshire is probably our favorite to date! This theme was designed with a phenomenal attention to detail and allows you to create your own homescreen design quickly and easily with a custom designed control panel(see picture below). By hand coding the homescreen svg they have created an efficient theme that runs lag free on your device.

We all know that the iphone knockoff themes have been worn out, even though they continue to do well on the sales charts I’m tired of hearing and talking about them. That being said, OS replication is always the popularity favorite with BlackBerry themes so today we will focus on the replication of another OS that has been getting some attention lately in the theme world. Windows Mobile 7 has been somewhat successful but being a new platform still lacks many features that smartphone users desire, but the UI is definitely something new and different providing a new challenge for creative minded developers. Drkapprentice designs has released a new BlackBerry theme called Mo7 (Currently only supporting touch screen devices but the developer let me know that there’s a 480×360 version in the works) and I absolutely love the creativity and thought that has gone into his design. I have to mention the fact that the download is barely over 350 kilobytes as well making it barely noticeable to your devices application memory.
On initial download this theme might not seem all that innovative but take a closer look because there are 3 unique and fantastically functional views packed into the home screen. The primary view is a pretty straight forward layout with 6 Windows Mobile 7 style tiles, each encasing a user selectable icon with the appropriate non-fading application text. The next view is a list of 7 more user selectable applications in a vertical line that mimics the application “drawer” of Windows Mobile 7 devices. This view is perfect for application icons like BatteryEx and BerryWeather in my opinion. The 3rd view is my personal favorite and has been dubbed as the “Live Tiles” view, which gives you access to 4 today elements for Text Messages, Emails, Calendar, and the Missed Call Log. This view also has static tiles for BlackBerry Messenger and Contacts(be sure to check out the sweet animation on the contacts tile!).
This theme has been priced at a very reasonable $5.99 considering how much work was obviously put into it, but has been placed on sale for a sweet price of $2.49 for the next 7 days!
While some themes offer you a great look, how cool would it be to create your own look, with a solid theme foundation. Bridged PlayBook Style Theme offers the end user a lot of power on how the theme looks. The video above shows some of the different looks this theme can have by simply adding your own windows pics and wallpaper. It is hard to imagine it is the same theme but it is. A great theme to have available on your BlackBerry device. It’s gotten harder and harder to call new BlackBerry themes unique or original. Having been a theme designer for over 4 years myself I know how hard it can be to form an idea that feels fresh and original. This new theme from drkapprentice designs is both unique and original. This theme is currently only available for touch screen devices but is coming soon for the Bold users as well. DDDroid Commando is available in blue(shown above) with OS 6.1 icons and red with android icons.
This theme marks a change in things at BlackBerry ThemePark, opening the gates up for a whole world of new possibilities. The animated home screen for Bridged is completely hand coded, creating a theme with tons of features that still operates whip fast on your BlackBerry. Although currently only for Torch users, you can expect other devices to be added over time.
