RIM has been pretty busy the last couple of days. First we seen BlackBerry Bridge receive an update, then the highly anticipated BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 was officially released and now we are seeing a small update to BlackBerry Messenger. This Brings BBM up to Version 6.1.0.70, which appears to be an official release of the BBM update we seen recently in BlackBerry Beta Zone. It fixed issues with opening locations in BlackBerry Maps that you sent or received and fixed the visual notifications for new items inside of Groups.
Remember to use ALT+ RST to refresh App World If you are not seeing the update.

Been a while since something was available to download in the beta zone, but today you can get an updated version of BlackBerry App World to try out.
BlackBerry App World version 3.1.1.15 has the following features:
- Alternate billing options shown in purchase confirmation screen
- Submitting Apps has new, easier-to-use confirmation screen
- OS 7.1 Support
- Various Bug Fixes

No change log for this version that I could find, but I am sure it addresses bug fixes and probably some tweaks to increase the speed. If you notice anything new, leave a comment.

Content Rating – allows content providers to rate the maturity level of their content and for you to filter content based on their desired level
WiFi Only Support – will allow App World to still operate when a you only have a WiFi connection
New Language Support – Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Dutch

BlackBerry App World has been updated but no change-log seems to be available and I have yet to notice anything new other than it seems much faster to load and navigating screen to screen seems quicker. After the update you are prompted to do a reboot.

BlackBerry App World v 3.0.0.73 is now available for download. I have been using the beta version for quite a while and really enjoy the look. I have had no problems with it and after the new install you will need to do a reboot/battery pull.

Although my daughter can always beat my distance I still really like this game.
This game is a classic helicopter game. Guide the helicopter through the cave and avoid the obstacles.
HOW TO PLAY
Press any non-control key and hold it (non-touch screen devices) or touch the screen and hold (touchscreen devices) and the helicopter will accelerate upward.
Release the key (non-touch screen devices) or take your finger off the screen (touchscreen devices) and the helicopter will fall with gravity.
