Thanks to C_86 for giving us the opportunity to review his newest theme Classy Glass. The icons are very clear and sharp, and the theme does not have any lag going from screen to screen, a definite plus. Classy Glass has a very cool looking background, but I played around with it to see how wallpaper friendly this theme is and it was flawless. This theme will allow you tons of different looks with different wallpapers while keeping the HD quality icons. Very nice theme with a great price.

Hedone has released a very cool looking theme named Desire. Everyone who owns a smartphone has been annoyed by the backlight turning off or fading out when you are trying to read something or thinking about what to type. Once the backlight turns off, it’s necessary to click or press a key to turn it back on. But it’s just as annoying to have to keep moving the track device or touching the touchscreen or pressing a neutral key like Shift to keep the light on while reading.
This app adds a feature to Options, “Backlight Timeout Warning”, that warns you with an adjustable very-brief vibration shortly before the backlight is about to fade or turn off. So you can forget about the backlight and just do what you’re doing until you feel that warning, and then all you have to do to keep it on is move the trackball or wheel, brush the trackpad, or touch the touchscreen — that usually resets the timer.

Peter from Elecite let us know about a brand new Theme they have just released called Spear Featuring a very slick green’ish design. Spear is supported on most all latest BlackBerry models including 8900, Bold, 9630, 8350i and 8520 but not the Storm.
It’s got the big battery and signal meters and 8 sliding customizable icons.
I am currently using Version2 and loving it. I can access pretty much everything I need from the Home Screen. No exaggerations here, this is simply a great and useful theme. Well done HedoneDesign.
