Using the new and enhanced mobile account management application, My Verizon Mobile, Verizon Wireless customers can now use these smartphones to quickly and easily:
- View minute, message and data usage
- Adjust allowance minutes on current plans
- Make one-time payments and set up and maintain auto-pay
- View upgrade eligibility and contract end date
- Manage Friends & Family® numbers
In addition, customers still can utilize the same features they have come to rely upon to manage accounts 24/7, including checking balances, changing features, getting bill reprints, changing addresses, resetting voice mail passwords, and accessing Family Locator.
Available on the BlackBerry® Storm™ and BlackBerry® Storm2™ smartphones through an update at no charge for existing users. My Verizon Mobile will be made available on additional BlackBerry smartphones and on Feature and 3G Multimedia phones in the coming months.
